Grapes for Hopestill Winery

Hello! Our names are Amanda and Spencer. We just opened a small, garage winery in Newmarket, NH called Hopestill Winery.

We are asking for donations to help pay for grapes for our first vintage.

We are a husband-and-wife team living upstairs from the winery. We're the sole owners & operators of the business.

Following a year of extensive renovations, Hopestill Winery is now fully licensed! We're ready to start fermenting next month.

We specialize in making dry-style wines, mead, and vermouth. Spencer's Mom, Lisa, grows all of the herbs and botanicals used to make our vermouth. We buy our grapes from the Finger Lakes region of NY, and Maryland.

Hopestilll Winery will begin as a private manufacturing space. Initially, we will sell our wines off-campus, delivering them directly to restaurants and consumers, and participating in pop-up events to fundraise for our next phase of the business.

Our first vintage will be released to the public in late 2024.

By 2025, Hopestill Winery will evolve to include a restaurant and wine bar right here in Newmarket, NH (once we get everything up to code).
