I'm Hope, I'm 5 years old and on the 14th April 2014, I was diagnosed with stage 4S neuroblastoma which attacked a huge amount of my body.  I've had hundreds of treatments, but unfortunatley the NHS treatments are coming to an end and I haven't had much luck with them. 

I need to raise £800,000 to get to America where I may be able to get life saving treatment.
