He was diagnosed with a condition called coarctation a few years ago, "a bovine aortic arch causing severe aortic regurgitation, and marked ascending aortic dilation." Surgery abroad was recommended by a team of doctors; Praise lives in Nigeria with his parents where access to the medical facilities and expertise needed for his condition are challenging.
