Have you ever felt like someone has punched you in the stomach and has knocked the air out of you? ...I feel that way every day...Seeing the love of my life go through pain, suffering, numerous visits to the hospital, life-sucking therapies, it breaks my heart into million pieces...He was a big,strong man,with amazing sense of humour,and a huge heart,always thinking about everybody else but himself...and now just a shadow of himself, trapped into a body that is betraying him. He has a rare and agressive form of cancer,not typical for his age group..talk about winning the wrong lottery...But...he does want to live, he wants to fight, and to raise children...I see it in his eyes. He once told me, he can't bear to not be able to kiss his wife goodnight, or hug his mom when she is sad or stressed... 
Do you belive in serendipity,in fate, or lucky stars? I do! I met my husband when i was in my last year of university, when I had no money for food,have lost a lot of weight,and couldn't pay for school,so I was expecting to be sent back home,My saviour took me in his home,took care of me,helped me pay for school,helped me find my first job.He gave me life,he taught me how to be "me",to love and respect mysellf and to believe in my abilities.Thanks to him I am who I am today...We didn't have anything,we couldn't even afford to have a wedding...but it was the most magical and beautiful wedding I could have imagined,simple but meaningful...we got married right across from the place we first met!Five years later,I love him more than words can describe,and I wish for us to be able to raise children and to celebrate many anniversaries together!I believe I was sent to him for a reason to save him, just like he saved me!
In my life I have never asked for help,I have always believed that it is best to do everything myself and not depend on other people,but I have also learned that people do want to help and they do find happiness in giving happiness and hope to other people...I know I do!What I want to do is give my husband a fighting chance...the doctors have given up on him, but me and his mom will never give up!We do believe that Natural Medicine can help him and is helping him,but aside from being critizised it is also not covered by Health Canada,and it is extremely expensive. For my husband it could be his only chance...his last chance of turning things around and I want for him to have that chance...I would give anything to see his smile again, and hear his laughter...and I believe with good people's help we can do it!
