Opie came into my life as a rescue / foster pup 3 years ago. He is my light, my love, my child and best friend. He is the most loving and unique dog and my life is enhanced by his personality and charm everyday. 
    Just the other day he was showing signs of weakness so I took him to the vet for a check up. Opie has been diagnosed with a tick bourne parasite that is causing a systemic infection. He has neurological defecit, high fever, anemia and a rare disease in dogs called Leukopenia that has left him with almost no white blood cells to fight this infection.  He is currently hospitalized and his vet bills are accumulatiing rapidly. Please help this beautiful boy fight this. Opie and I are eternally greatful for your love and support.
