Help Nimelden A Cruz for his Kidney Transplant

Nimelden Anthony Cruz is an active and energetic adult of 24 years currently living in Srilanka he is suffering from renal failure as his two kidneys aren't functioning and the doctors have asked him to go for kidney transplantation. He was suffering from a fever months ago and then he had to undergo some investigations where they found out at the beginning that it was proteinuria where there was a high serum creatinine with protein leakage and then with the aid of the investigations we found out that he is having Chronic Renal Parenchymal changes. For the past few months, the doctors tried out medications, fluid management, attention to calorie intake, dietary changes, dialysis and finally now the nephrologists have found the dysfunction of the kidneys and without delay, they have urged to go for kidney transplantation as there's no any other option left.

We needed to act fast as he is slowly getting weaker and his only wish is to get a Transplant and live a normal life again with your help our family will be truly grateful and will remember this for the rest of our lives.
