Senior and Special Needs Animals

Friends For Life's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and whenever possible,  re-home senior and special needs animals. The Forever Farm is a happy, healthy, cage free enviroment. We promise lifelong care at the forever farm for every animal that enters our program. We currently are home to 90 cats, 50 dogs, 4 horses and 2 pigs. We are situated on 10 acres in beautiful Lake Toxaway, NC.

Friends For Life is a 501(c)(3) non- profit charitable organization founded in 2003. We receive no county, state or federal funds.  Friends For Life depends on tax deductible donations, bequests and small grants to maintain operation of the Forever Farm.

Our annual budget is $500,000 . Although we have year round fundraising,  we are struggling for operating expenses. Taking care of the animals at the farm is very rewarding and very expensive.  Please help us keep our doors open so we can continue to rescue these very deserving senior and special needs animals.
