Hope Labriola - Hurricane Ian - Ft. Myers Beach

Hi, my name is Lisa Ponturo (Young). My best friend Janet Krupp Labriola, who passed away two years ago, daughter Hope Labriola is in dire need. She lost everything during Hurricane Ian in her home in Ft. Myers, Fl. She was rescued by the Cajun Navy and is currently in a shelter.

We are also trying to locate her beloved 15-year-old cat.

Fortunately, her best friend Liz could have brief calls with Hope before her phone began to die. Liz reached out to Cajun Navy, and at that point, CNN reporter spoke with Hope. Here is Hope's story:
