In Hue and many cities of Vietnam, families are facing repeated flooding that disrupts their lives and threatens their safety. Each time the waters rise, they must clean and recover, often relying on Ziploc, plastic containers, and grocery bags to store their important documents and belongings, which offers little protection.

In honor of my late father, who was born and raised in these villages, we established the Giacôbê Flood Relief Fund. We’re proud to share that, thanks to the kind-hearted support of so many, we’ve reached our goal of providing 1,000 durable 10L dry bags for 1000 families, currently in production with the generous support of VANCHARLI Bags. These bags will help keep families’ essentials safe during flooding events.

But our mission doesn’t end here. The need remains great, and we aim to raise additional funds to produce even more bags and support more families. Together, we can bring hope and security to those who need it most.
