On July 22, 2025, Alexis and Isabelle Lancaster were two of the three people injured in a horrific car accident that changed everything in an instant. While traveling at 85 mph, fatigue overcame the driver without warning. In just moments, the vehicle drifted off course and began to roll, flipping multiple times before coming to a violent stop. Miraculously, all three passengers survived. The impact of the crash left both Lexi and Belle with significant physical injuries and emotional trauma.

Lexi was life-flighted to Portneuf Medical Center with internal injuries, including lacerations to her lung and spleen and five cracked vertebrae. Bell, despite also being hurt, declined treatment at the scene. Her first concern was the safety of the others, a reflection of her deep compassion and strength.

Both girls are now home in the care of family who are doing everything they can to support their healing, but the road to recovery will be long and filled with ongoing medical needs, mental health care and everyday essentials.

These young women have been through more than anyone their age should ever have to face. What began as an ordinary drive turned into a life-altering event, one that each of them will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
