Joy’s Story:

Joy is one of the most caring, kind-hearted people you will ever meet. As a devoted mother of three and a caregiver to her own mom, she has always put others first. Joy’s compassion extends far beyond her home, through her work in grief and bereavement, she has supported countless individuals in their darkest moments, offering comfort, empathy, and hope. Giving back is simply who she is.

In late October of this year, Joy received devastating news: she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. Her treatment journey will be long and intense, beginning with chemotherapy in mid-December, followed by a double mastectomy, radiation, and possibly immunotherapy. Despite the overwhelming road ahead, Joy remains strong and determined.

As she navigates these difficult months, Joy will need financial support to ease the strain on her and her family. Any contribution, big or small, will help Joy focus on healing while continuing to be the incredible mother, daughter, and compassionate soul she has always been.
