Hello, my name is Chrisel, and I am reaching out to you today to share the story of my dear friend, Chennee, who is bravely battling Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease. Over the past 2 years, Chennee has been fighting a relentless battle against Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease, a condition that has turned her life upside down.

I began this fundraising effort two years ago, and during that time, Chennee has shown unwavering strength and faith in God. Through countless hours of dialysis, three times a week, and immense physical& emotional pain, she has never given up. She faces this challenge with grace and determination, always holding on to the hope that one day she will have the chance for a better, healthier life.

Her journey has not been easy. Dialysis is grueling, leaving her drained and exhausted. Yet through it all, she continues to smile, comfort those around her, and hold onto the hope that a kidney transplant will give her the chance to live a full life again.

I am beyond grateful to everyone who has already contributed to Chennee’s journey. Your generosity has been a lifeline, helping to cover the expenses for her medical care, and you’ve made a real difference. But today, I’m reaching out again, hoping to raise enough funds to make her dream of a kidney transplant a reality. We are so close to this life-changing moment. Everything is ready for the transplant — except for the necessary funds, we are in need of at least P500,000 to move forward.

A transplant would not only give Chennee the opportunity to live without the constant pain of dialysis, but it would also allow her to return to a normal life where she can work, support her family, and fulfill her dreams. As the eldest daughter, she is the backbone of her family. She wants nothing more than to provide for her mother and help support the education of her younger siblings. The weight of her illness has kept her from fulfilling those dreams, but with this transplant, she could finally start living again and making a difference in the lives of those she loves so much.
