Tran Duong lives in a rural and remote region of Central Vietnam. He's one of the many ethnic minorities in the region. In a world defined by silence and struggle. He cannot crawl, walk, or even hold up his own head. His days are often clouded by tremors and the biting cold that his small body cannot fight off.

But amidst the neurological fog, there is a spark of pure connection. When his mother calls his name, Tran’s eyes search for her. When she speaks, a soft smile appears. He knows he is loved.
