Hope for Vegain
Updated* April 2021
In the summer of 2020, our one and only brother, Vegain, was shockingly diagnosed with brain cancer. Shortly after his diagnosis, he had emergency brain surgery to prolong his life. He has undergone radiation treatment and is currently undergoing chemotherapy, which has been extended another 6 months. Vegain has recently returned to his job, however only part-time, to try and make ends meet while also allowing some sense of normalcy for himself. For a man who was previously working 7 days a week to provide for his young family, this is very difficult, emotionally and financially to say the least.
Vegain carried the weight of becoming a father figure to his 3 sisters at a young age when we had lost our father suddenly. He is the light of our lives. He is our rock. And as a father to 2 young children, we want to be able to help him in any way we can. The chemotherapy treatment he is receiving is terribly expensive and is NOT completely covered by his insurance. We don't want him worrying about the financial security of his family and rather want him to focus on fighting this! We are helping him out as much as we can but we admittedly do need help from others and is why we created this page.
Thank you all for your support and please keep him and our family in your prayers during this difficult time.
