As we all know, we are inundated regarding donations on a continual basis. We also become very wary of these requests regarding their legitimacy. Mark et al have given to this particular charitable need for some time. A receipt is always provided, with the donator’s name, and pictures and video of the children receiving the items purchased. Their appreciation is always depicted in these pictures/videos. 

The Goal has been updated to include the sponsorships of children per month. The itemized list is below. 

HOPE FOR UGANDAN CHILDREN

VISION:

To go and make disciples of all nations including the children and the youths. To outreach/carry out visitation to children and youths in slums and streets.

 

MISSION:

Christ centered organization that engages supporters and allows financial resources in order to provide education training, health care and spiritual development to needy and families in Uganda . 

 

Hope for Ugandan Children is a Christian based orphanage founded and run by Michael Kisaame.

Mike has been able to purchase a house for the children to live in. They also currently have an unfinished building with plans to use to raise chickens in and for children to make items to sell to raise funds. In addition to this land has been obtained with plans to build a church and school building. 

The orphanage has 43 children. Currently 3 children have full sponsorships, 15 have education sponsorships, leaving needs for food, medical and miscellaneous needs. This leaves 25 children needing full sponsorships

The monthly cost of the children is more than Mike can continue on his own fundraising efforts. We are asking for people to sponsor a child for their daily needs. Of course if you would like to donate more than the needed amount the funds could go towards birthday parties & Christmas items for your sponsored child, or to other needs or building funds. The monthly needs of the children comes to $67.16 per child per month.
