Yesterday while waiting to cross at James and Cannon, Whitney was hit by a truck that was involved in an accident. Whitney has sustained significant life threatening injuries. She is currently in the ICU at the General Hospital . Whitney is going to have a long road to recovery and will require lots of support. 

Whitney's family has been rocked to the core. Her husband Adam and 6 year old daughter are her life. She has loved building their little farm together in Smithville. She is always sharing funny quotes from adventures with their daughter, or life on the farm with their chickens. 

Any donations will go to helping with any financial costs the family will incur  while Adam takes time off from work to be with Whitney while she recovers.
