On November 25th the Hazlett family received the news that no one wants to receive in 2020. Patrick Hazlett faithful husband and loving father was diagnosed with Covid. He was immediatly admitted to the ICU with Covid and pneumonia. What was hardest for his wife Darrah was not being able to stay by his side. Patrick and Darrah have 4 small children, so Darrah not only had to face the loss of Patrick's income but she now needed to care for all four children while confined to their home. It often takes months to recover from Covid and many are never fully recovering. On top of this, Darrah will need to stay home to help Patrick recover during this time. As a community, we are hoping to raise funds so that Darrah, Patrick and the children can focus on healing during the holidays, and bring hope to them in the New Year.
