We are finally sharing this because we’ve reached a point where we can’t carry everything on our own anymore. We’ve been doing our best to keep things stable for our little family, but the truth is we’ve been barely making it for a while now. Like so many people, we’ve been one paycheck away from a crisis and recently, that crisis became our reality.

With one of us injured now needing physical therapy that our insurance doesn’t cover, while also dealing with dental issues that also aren’t covered, the medical expenses have added up faster than we can keep up with. We’ve tried everything we can think of to bring in extra income, but at this point, we’ve exhausted all of our options. On top of this we are very close be being unable to fulfill our rent payments and are almost 2 months behind now, with children and no family around, we are in fear of facing eviction.

With it being the holiday season, it’s even harder, because all we want is to keep things as normal and as joyful as possible for our children. We chose to keep this GoFundMe anonymous because we deeply value our family’s privacy and don’t want our situation to bring any unwanted attention to our kids. This is a vulnerable moment for us, and protecting them while seeking help is our top priority.

Asking for help is incredibly hard, but we’re hoping someone out there might find it in their heart to support a family in need during the holiday season.
