Hope for neurological dysfunction

Hi! My name is Sandra. After going through cancer treatment and many other interventions, my central nervous system has been damaged. I need to immerse myself in an aggressive treatment in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The Spero Clinic is the only place in the world that has the treatment to rehabilitate the nervous system. I am hoping you can help me to get there as the treatment is more than 40k. Insurance is not accepted and does not include accommodations or food. I need to get there as soon as possible as my system is deteriorating rapidly and chronically.
