Hope for my sister Kalina

Hello dear people, I'm  asking for help just because there is a battle we can't fight alone.

My little sister is only 10 years old, and life for her has been a constant battle. She is very energetic and bright child. She love rollerskating,
dancing , playing outside as all children do, and she loves reading.

Ever since she was five we knew that she has kidney problems which  can make a regular cold very unpleasant. Мeaning that every small
illness can lead to kidney and urinary infection. That wasn't enough and
2 years ago we discovered that she suffers from atrophy of the ocular
nerve. Her eyesight is now at 40-50%. and it affects both eyes.Thank
God it hasn't gotten worse, but it can't be corrected with lenses. That
means no glasses, contacts or laser surgery can help.

For the past two years my sister went through  numerous test, exams and procedures, only  to determine what is the cause of the problem since we were told that is not in the eye it self.

Now our last hope is in depth genetic testing, and a very good Ocular  disease clinic in Istanbul, Turkey, that might give us answers.

The main goal is to prevent progression of the problem. We know that
recovering the eyesight is almost impossible, but we are fighting for what she has now.

The total sum of the genetic testing and a visit to the Ocular clinic is $3000.  We ask for your help to raise enough, just to get the wheels rolling in the right direction. We will pick up from there.
