Hi, I'm Heather, Mike Digou's younger sister. I am hoping to raise funds to help support his journey fighting cancer and ease some of the financial hardships it has placed on him and his loved ones.

He has been navigating stage 4 pancreatic cancer since diagnosed in January of this year. This was life changing for him as he spent much of his time focused on his career. Mike has been off work for over a year now and finally getting the treatment he needs. Recently he was given the opportunity to go to Long Island, New York for a treatment known as PIPAC, as the standard chemotherapy isn't enough. This is unfortunately not offered in Canada so he will be traveling to New York this week for an opportunity to continue his battle with cancer. While he is meeting this challenge with courage and determination, the emotional and financial strain is immense. Between treatment costs and time away from work, travel to appointments, and the day to day realities of living with a serious illness, the burden is becoming overwhelming.

This fundraiser is our chance to give back to someone who has spent his entire career giving to others.
