Matt Rodriguez is a four-year-old boy who has recently been diagnosed with leukemia. He is a loving, energetic, and happy boy; whose life changed drastically when he was diagnosed at a routine doctor's visit for his family thought was a virus. Upon taking a blood test they found out Matt has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).
Matt started his first treatment on Feb. 13th. He will be at Cook Children's Hospital in Ft. Worth, TX for 7 - 14 days and once released from his first treatment, he will have to stay within 30 minutes of the hospital.
Matt and his family leave in Tyler, TX. This means Isabel, Matt's mom, will have to quit her job and that the Rodriguez family has to find a temporary place to stay while Matt's treatment continues for the next 6 - 8 weeks while Matt receives weekly treatments.
Please help this amazing family through this difficult time.
