The nephew of our friend María Tenemaza, a 9-year-old boy from the city of Macas, Ecuador, is in critical condition after being struck by a driver who fled the scene. His family, without the resources they need, is now facing very high medical costs while he fights for his life in the ICU in Cuenca, Ecuador.

Su familia, sin recursos, enfrenta ahora un tratamiento médico muy costoso mientras él lucha por su vida en la UCI en Cuenca, Ecuador.
