Help Maria Nancy Fight Breast Cancer with Metastasis

Hello, my name is Johana, and we’re creating this fundraiser with Natalia and NENA for our dear friend, Maria Nancy Castrillón, a loving 47-year-old woman who is now facing the toughest battle of her life.

Maria has been bravely fighting breast cancer, but unfortunately, it has returned aggressively. The cancer has now spread to her lymph nodes, lungs, bones, and liver. Despite undergoing bilateral mastectomies, chemotherapy, and radiation, she continues to fight every day with incredible strength and faith.

Her treatment requires frequent medical visits, tests, medications, and therapies that are emotionally, physically, and financially overwhelming. Maria and her family need support to help cover medical costs, daily living expenses, and to focus on what matters most: her healing and well-being.
