Help Magnolia Get the Treatment She Deserves
On November 5, 2021, Magnolia Jaylyn Nelson entered the world full of promise, but as she grew, her parents noticed signs that something wasn’t right. By her first birthday, Magnolia was not hitting the developmental milestones most children do—she couldn’t crawl, pick up toys, or even babble. After months of testing, Magnolia was diagnosed with Periventricular Leukomalacia (PVL), a rare condition known as White Matter Disease, which has caused cerebral palsy.
This diagnosis has brought significant challenges. Magnolia struggles with mobility, cannot eat normally, and has difficulty communicating. However, there is hope. Magnolia's doctors believe stem cell therapy could help repair the damaged brain cells and significantly improve her ability to move, eat, and communicate.
The cost for this life-changing stem cell therapy is $15,000 every 8 months, not including other essential therapies, medical treatments, equipment, and travel expenses. Unfortunately, much of this is not covered by insurance, placing a heavy financial burden on Magnolia’s family.
This GoFundMe campaign aims to raise funds to support Magnolia’s ongoing treatments and give her the chance to lead a more independent life. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward her stem cell therapy, other necessary treatments, and therapies that will help her thrive.
If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page with your friends and family will make a huge difference in spreading awareness and gaining support for Magnolia’s journey.
Thank you for your generosity, kindness, and support. Together, we can help Magnolia take the next step toward a brighter and healthier future.
