Hope for Larry

Donation protected
Hello, where do I even begin? May 11th became the most scariest day of our life when my husband Larry took a sudden turn for the worse not knowing he had a life threatening flesh eating bacteria in his blood stream called necrotizing fasciitis,Caused by A strep bacteria. The infection was aggressive. It failed his kidneys,he’s now on dialysis. It caused shock liver,it has left him blind in his left eye and almost complete hearing loss along with speech issues due to not being able to hear. He was on life support for several days and has had 7 surgeries and many more to come in the chest wall where the infection was. He has a huge wound vac over his chest . He will also lose some finger tips and toe tips due to all the vasopressors he was on to save his life and keep his blood pressure up. We are at Ruby memorial hospital in Morgantown West Virginia and Larry is making a mighty comeback! But he has been through hell and glory to god the lord spared his life with all the loving prayers and people calling out to god for him. He heard. However,Larry has always been the best of the best anyone who knows him knows he just has nothing bad about him. He’s a amazing provider! He’s been a hardworking coal miner for well over 11 years. He’s highly respected and the best daddy and husband you could get! We were in the middle of moving. We had just purchased our FIRST home. We haven’t even got to step foot in it and we are having people back home try and move our stuff out. This was the craziest thing we never seen coming. Larry will probably never be able to go back underground as dialysis is a disability and just the trauma to his chest wall is harsh enough along with the blindness and deafness. We are praying we find answers for that and to make a full recovery. this will be taking our income from 1800.00 a week to $400 a week with short term disability and we have a large family and bills are still coming. He got his last pay check last week. I am leaving Morgantown tomorrow on Wednesday May 24th to go back home after not seeing my babies for 12 days and bringing them all back to Morgantown to live in a hotel and take care of Larry during the day. I am his backbone. I will NOT leave his side besides to goto the bathroom or take a drink of water real quick. I do get a discount at a hotel for $90 plus tax per night. It’s definitely going to be challenging being in a strange city with 4 kids living in a hotel for atleast a month and trying to figure out things at home. I’ve had to put everything on hold. We had our mattresses ordered,we had all our furniture ordered and we just have had to stop everything and focus on Larry’s recovery. I do not want him worrying himself sick but as you can imagine, who wouldn’t, this could happen to anyone at any given moment. We are looking at being here another month. Larry will have to have speech therapy, more operations, and physical therapy to walk due to the damage done to his feet and hands. Also the deafness has caused balance issues. I’d like to be able to get ahead on some of our bills and our new house payment and get some of that out of the way that is ALL Larry is talking about is taking care of us. I know god will provide but it’s going to be a rough road to recovery and financially until we are able to figure it all out. Larry is the best provider and hard worker he would give you the shirt off his back and not think twice. As would I. If your not able to donate I understand, but if not please share for us as it will reach other people who are maybe able to help us get ahead until we get a plan in place and back on our feet. This is a true need and we thank everyone for every single prayer and thought and donation. God has been merciful! And he has shown his power in a mighty way through Larry and even through me! And what I experienced. I know god will provide and he does not do nothing Halfway. We thank you !!!!!!
