We are reaching out with humble hearts to ask for support for Kim, who is currently fighting a rare and exhausting blood cancer called myelofibrosis. This disease affects her bone marrow, her blood counts, her strength, and her daily life and she is now facing a long road of treatment that may eventually include a bone marrow transplant.

The last several months have brought overwhelming emotional, physical, and financial stress. There have been rapid changes in medications, ER visits, specialist consultations, high cost treatments, and days when even basic daily tasks have been difficult.

Despite all of this, Kim remains strong, hopeful, and determined. But she cannot carry this alone. Even with insurance, the out-of-pocket costs continue to rise.
