Hope for Isabel
Donation protected
So it's been six or seven months for doctors visits for Isabel including two visits to Cook County and no one would do anything for her. Finally on her birthday, November 14 she went to the emergency room at Illinois Masonic and a doctor took an interest in her well-being and he did her surgery regardless of the fact that she had no insurance. He's been very aggressive with her treatment and promised her that he would not let her lose her foot due to her advance onset of Diabetes. Because she could not pay her December rent, her landlord has asked her to move out. She has been unable to work in months and is at risk of losing her foot alltogether. She can no longer afford the essentials in life due to her illness, shelter, food, medication, etc. Her faith is strong and she trusts that God has a plan for her but in the meantime, I'm hoping with our help, we can make the plan come sooner than later. In her words, "God has not brought me this far to drop me on my head thank you for your prayers".
