Hi, my name is Meredith, and I’m asking for help during a deeply vulnerable season of life.

For the past two years, I’ve been navigating a complex autoimmune condition along with other chronic health issues. Every day is a challenge—between the constant fatigue, brain fog, headaches, and physical discomfort, it’s hard to show up the way I want to for my life and for my family. Even simple things like getting out of bed, staying focused, or joining my husband and daughter for daily activities can feel overwhelming.

I’ve finally found a functional medicine doctor who’s given me real hope—a clear and personalized treatment plan that includes lab testing, supplements, medication, and regular appointments. This approach gives me the best chance at long-term healing, but none of it is covered by my insurance (Tricare), which doesn’t support holistic or integrative medical care.

I’m currently an unpaid intern finishing my counseling degree while working hard to build up a caseload and income. My husband just retired from the military and recently returned to school, and we’re living with his parents to try and stay afloat while we rebuild. We’ve already exhausted savings and credit options, and I’m now at a point where I simply can’t do this alone.
