Dear all,

My name is Ackshana and as many of you may have seen in the news, Sri Lanka has been struck by Cyclone Ditwah, resulting in severe floods and landslides. One of the hardest-hit areas is Gampola in Kandy, where thousands have lost their homes and hundreds have tragically lost their lives. Many families are now displaced, without access to food or clean water, and are currently taking refuge in mosques and temples. We are organising a donation drive to provide essential emergency supplies—such as food, water, sanitary & essentials items—to those staying in these shelters (approximately 200–300 people per shelter). Any contribution, no matter the amount, will be deeply appreciated and will be used to provide the affected with essential item.
