My Mom Has Glioblastoma — Help Us Fight the Most Aggressive Brain Cancer.
My name is Gabriela, and I'm raising funds for my mom, Emma Nohemi Rivero Pino, who is 55 years old and fighting glioblastoma — one of the most aggressive forms of brain cancer.
In November 2025, our lives changed forever when my mom was diagnosed. Since then, she has endured radiation therapy, multiple rounds of chemotherapy, and on May 14, 2026, she underwent brain surgery at the University of Miami Health System. She came through it with the same quiet strength that has always defined her. The next morning, she was sitting up in bed — awake, aware, and still fighting.
But the road ahead is long. My mom still faces additional chemotherapy cycles, specialist visits, prescription medications, and continuous brain imaging. The medical costs are overwhelming, and our family is doing everything we can — but we cannot do this alone.
Every dollar raised goes directly toward her hospital expenses, ongoing chemotherapy, medications, and specialist care.
My mom is the heart of our family. She deserves every chance to keep fighting. If you can donate, thank you with everything we have. If you can't, please share this page — it costs nothing and means the world to us.
My mom is not giving up. Neither are we.
