Hope for Elliott: Supporting his Second Cancer Battle
Donation protected
In August, after a courageous 2.5-year fight with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, Elliott Sack finally completed his chemotherapy, and in September, he had his port removed. His family celebrated his journey with a party, marking the return to normal life, school, and friends.
But in early November, during a routine check-up in Vancouver, his family received the heartbreaking news that the cancer has returned. This has been devastating for Elliott and his family — his parents, Nikki Krocker and Patrick Sack, and his siblings, Ruby and Lucas. Elliott now faces another 6-9 months of treatment in Vancouver, including another round of chemotherapy and potentially more intensive treatments to prevent further recurrence. Thankfully, his medical team remains optimistic about a positive outcome.
To support Elliott, Nikki and Pat will be traveling back and forth from Whitehorse to Vancouver, taking time away from work to be by his side. This journey comes with a significant financial burden, adding stress to an already challenging time. Any contribution you can make will help ease this burden, supporting Elliott and his family through this difficult period. No family should have to face this journey alone.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
