On Wednesday, June 12, 2019,  at about 4 o’clock in the afternoon my 15 year young baby cousin Cenovio Morales was tragically shot in the head by an unknown person. He was rushed to Olive View hospital by a friend where he laid helplessly on the first floor lobby awaiting assistance by doctors. He lost his pulse, they revived him, and transferred him to Holy Cross trauma center. That is where we got the most devastating news our family has ever heard, the doctors informed us that the bullet had struck one of his main arteries in his neck that allows blood flow and oxygen to his brain and his spinal cord was severed. He would no longer be able to walk, talk or breathe on his own. He is now on life support fighting for his precious life. The doctors say he can hear us so we’re talking to him, telling him how much we love him and praying with him. We don’t know how much longer his body can take but we’re praying for a miracle. It’s been a very emotional and devastating time for us. First and foremost we’re asking for all the prayers that we can get, and no donation is too small. Donations will go toward hospital bills or anything further that god decides to pass our way.
