Hope for baby Ezekiel

Early this month, William and Charlotte received heartbreaking news when their 1 year old son Ezekiel Clive Bbaale was diagnosed with Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) and requires emergency heart surgery to save his life.

 

 

Last month,  William and Charlotte noticed that Ezekiel was having trouble breathing and his heart rate was unusual. They rushed him to the emergency room only to be told that he has a ventricular septal defect (VSD) which the doctors explained as two holes in the wall (septum) that separates the two lower chambers (ventricles) of the heart. According to the cardiologist, this kind of heart defect is usually detected before infants turn 6 months old but this didn’t happen in baby Ezekiel’s case. 

 

William and Charlotte have a long road ahead of them but we know there is a huge community out there just waiting to pour love and grace all over them. Thank you in advance for all of your help...
