My dear sister, Leisl, and her wonderful husband, Dylan, just had their second little nugget, Aria.  Aria has been diagnosed with a very rare heart condition that will require surgery. Because the condition is so rare, they have decided to go to a surgeon in California, who has a very high success rate with this particular surgery.
