I am a single father of two wonderful kids, and I have full custody of them. Recently, I was diagnosed with ALS, a disease that is not only difficult for me but also for my children. Navigating daily life with this diagnosis has been incredibly challenging, but I am determined to do everything I can for my family.

There is a treatment available in Florida that has shown promise for people with ALS. It could improve my motor function and give us hope in the face of a disease that is 100% fatal. Unfortunately, the cost of this treatment is more than I can manage on my own. I want to be there for my kids as long as possible and give them the best life I can.
