Thank you for taking a moment to read about and consider donating to 5 yr old Jack Sullivan and his family.

I am writing on behalf of the Sullivan family (Mom- Caithlin (Skultety) Sullivan, Dad- Brian Sullivan, Brother- Kerry) and 5 yr old Jack who is undergoing testing, procedures and beginning urgent chemotherapy treatment for cancer.

Their journey and Jack's symptoms began 2 months ago and most recently Jack's symptoms steadily escalated leading to his diagnosis. This has impacted daily life and mobility for Jack affecting his parent's ability to maintain a regular work schedule. Jack will be spending the next 2 weeks and more if needed admitted to the hospital.

Initial donations would be used to allow Jack's family to stay close to the hospital, transportation, parking fees, meals and additional supports for the Sullivan family during this time.

Updates will be provided here as ongoing needs arise. It is natural that we all want to reach out at this time but we kindly ask that any well wishes, questions, texts or emails please be directed to family at this time to allow for Caithlin and Brian to focus their time and energy on Jack.
