For those who may not know, Tristen and I have been on a journey to grow our family. Unfortunately, it hasn't been the smooth sailing journey that we hoped or prayed for. After a complicated and heartbreaking miscarriage, we’ve been faced with the difficult reality that IVF may be our best chance at becoming parents.

I have battled with endometriosis for years and it ultimately has damaged my tubes, specifically the cilia in my tubes. This means my body will never be able to move an embryo from my tubes into my uterus for a healthy pregnancy. With that said, our doctors have recommended IVF as for what will be safest for me and our future babies with the best possible outcome.

We know we are not alone in the suffering and hardships of trying to get pregnant. Know we see you, support you, and understand you. We know the Lord is in the miracle business and we are praying for this beautiful chance and opportunity for ourselves, but also to those who are struggling as well.

This journey has been filled with hope, heartbreak, prayers, lots of tests, more testing and waiting than we ever imagined. While we’ve tried to navigate these challenges privately, the expenses that come with fertility treatment can be overwhelming, and we’re asking for support as we pursue our dream.
