Hope and Help for My Lost Engagement Ring

Hi everyone,
I never imagined I would be writing something like this, or let alone asking for help but I am truly asking for any help you can offer.
On February 25th, I lost my engagement ring. I took it off to wash my hands. Something I did out of care and habit and accidentally left it on the sink. Just a few minutes later, when I realized it wasn’t on my finger, I rushed back to the restroom in a panic, but it was already gone.
I have retraced every step throughout my job, contacted every patient who was in the office at the time, I have digged in every bathroom garbage, and searched everywhere possible with no luck, I’ve even called all the pawn shops near my job and in surrounding areas, but unfortunately they are only able to release information if an officer stops in and asks. My workplace only has one camera facing the building entrance, so there’s no footage from inside. I’ve filed a police report, but I was told it will be very difficult to locate the ring. At this point, all I can do is be hopeful and continue to pray.
I am completely devastated, heartbroken, angry, and overwhelmed. I keep replaying the moment over and over, wishing I could go back in time and do it differently. I truly believed removing it while washing my hands was protecting it, and now I’m carrying so much regret.
This ring means more to me than I can put into words. Brandon worked so hard to make it perfect for me. It’s not just a piece of jewelry.. it represents love, commitment, thoughtfulness, and so much dedication. While it may seem material to some, to me it was EVERYTHING.
I am trying to save up to replace the exact ring, and if anyone feels led to help in any way, I would be BEYOND GRATEFUL. Even simply sharing this in hopes that it reaches the right person would mean so much.
