Hope and Help for Melissa

Many of you know Melissa battled fighting tongue cancer 8 years ago. It was a shock to everyone that melissa got cancer when she did because she was a vegetarian, she had never smoked, doesn’t drink, and is not HPV positive. People usually try to find answers on why this happened,and is happening, but there really is no answer and the doctors really can’t even explain why. 

After surgery 8 years ago, she had to fight through months of radiation and chemo and she has been on a liquid diet ever since.

We recently found out that she has had a recurrence of the same cancer, near the back of the throat, with much more complicated treatment options. It is heartbreaking news for all of her family, especially since she just had a baby at the end of last year.

We are setting up this gofundme account to offset any medical expenses, hotel expenses for her or family, and other expenses that may arise as she goes on this journey. Jeremy will be taking time off of work as the sole income provider. We also want her to also enjoy time with her girls. Please continue to pray for Melissa and her family.
