Sasha was suddenly diagnosed with leptospirosis, a serious illness that has caused severe kidney complications. She is currently receiving intensive care and monitoring at NC State Veterinary Hospital. I’ve emptied my emergency savings to begin her treatment, but ongoing medical care is still needed to give her the best chance at recovery.
