Our poor girl, Ginger, is very sick and we're doing all we can to try to figure out how to get her well. She stopped eating about a week ago, and we've been through tests, imaging, and many trips to the vet for fluids, steroids, infusions, and evaluations. They're treating her for pancreatitis, but it's not showing much improvement. She's such a special part of our family, and it's heartbreaking to not be able to figure out what is wrong.

We're going to have to see specialists if things don't improve in the next 48 hours, and those of you who are dog lovers know how quickly they can deteriorate, so it's terrifying just watching and waiting.

The cost of all of this is very tough for us. As most of you know, we're working with one income while Mark is in school full-time. If anyone would like to help us, we'd be so thankful, as nothing is worse than trying to make difficult health decisions for your fur baby with constraints to the cost.
