Nothing is harder than hearing an oncologist tell you that your mom has an aggressive type cancer. It’s even worse when they don’t believe in holistic treatments. My mom was diagnosed with stage III inflammatory breast cancer. Being the nurse in the family, I immediately began to research treatment options outside of the conventional ways. If I could add an holistic approach in conjunction to her invasive treatment plan, perhaps I can improve her quality of life. Integrative treatments will help her have a better chance to fight, but it not covered by insurance. My mom is my best friend, and if I could hang onto her for a few more years it would mean everything. I am asking for your help in getting her the best possible treatment plan. Anything helps.
