Becca (Mrs. Kehrli-Ippolito) is a dedicated teacher who has always given so much to her community. With school wrapped up for the summer, she planned to spend most of her time by the pool with her family. That changed suddenly on Friday, May 29th when her husband Michael was involved in a catastrophic motorcycle accident and was transported to UK hospital. His injuries are extensive, including a pelvis split in half and a moderate to severe traumatic brain injury. Michael remains unresponsive, and his family is facing an incredibly long and uncertain road ahead.

Right now, Becca's focus is exactly where it should be—at Michael's bedside. As she navigates the days, weeks, and months ahead, the financial burdens of travel, meals, childcare, missed work, medical expenses, and everyday living costs will continue to grow. We have an opportunity to come together as a community and support Becca and her family during one of the most difficult seasons of their lives.
