If you’ve ever met Logann, you know she has a way of bringing light wherever she goes.
Her vivacious and spunky spirit, infectious smile, and positive outlook have touched countless lives. As an assistant principal and educator she has dedicated her career to supporting and encouraging children, a role she truly loves. Whether at school, with friends, or at home with her family, Logann is known for her strength, compassion, and ability to make others feel seen and valued.
Today, she is facing the greatest challenge of her life. At just 30 years old, Logann is battling metastatic breast cancer that has spread to the lining of her brain and spinal cord, a condition known as Leptomeningeal Disease (LMD). While this diagnosis is devastating, Logann continues to face each day with remarkable courage, grace, and determination.
In the coming weeks, she will undergo 10 rounds of whole-brain radiation followed by intrathecal chemotherapy through an Ommaya port. Her medical team is also pursuing enrollment in a clinical trial at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, which offers hope for additional treatment options. Participation in this trial will require travel, extended stays away from home, and additional expenses during an already difficult time.
Throughout this journey, her husband, Boone, will be taking unpaid time away from work to care for Logann and to be present for their young son, Blake. Between medical treatments, travel expenses, lodging, lost income, and the everyday costs of caring for a young family, the financial burden is significant and continues to grow.
Above all else, Logann is a devoted wife and loving mother. She treasures every moment with Boone and Blake, and her greatest motivation is the opportunity to continue making memories with the people she loves most. Anyone who knows her knows that she approaches every challenge with strength and an unwavering faith that inspires those around her.
As Logann’s sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, we have created this fundraiser to help relieve some of the financial stress their family is facing. Our hope is that Boone and Logann can focus their energy on treatment, healing, and precious time together rather than worrying about mounting expenses.
If you feel led to help, whether through a donation, a prayer, or simply sharing this page, we are deeply grateful. Every act of kindness provides encouragement and support during this incredibly difficult journey.
Thank you for standing with Logann, Boone, and Blake and surrounding them with love, hope, and support as they face the road ahead.
With love and gratitude,
