Our hearts are breaking as we share that our dear friends, Ashleigh and Jacob are facing every parent's worst nightmare.

On the 10th of July Olive had a brain aneurysm and was nonresponsive, she was airlifted to Sydney Children's Hospital and on the 12th of July underwent an intense surgery to stop the bleeding. She has since been placed in an induced coma whilst her brain is healing.

This is a one in a million condition and she requires intensive care treatment.

Just four weeks after welcoming their beautiful baby, Olive Rose, into the world, they are now navigating the unexpected and incredibly challenging journey. What should be a time filled with precious first moments, bonding, and celebration has instead become a time of worry, hospital visits, and uncertainty.

As they focus all their energy on caring for their newborn and being by their baby's side, the financial pressures of medical expenses, travel, accommodation, time away from work, recovery and everyday living costs continue to grow. She will face a long road to recovery and Olive and her family will need all the support we can offer.

Anyone who knows this family knows they are loving, kind-hearted people who would do anything for those around them. Right now, they need our support.
