I am the proud aunt of 5-month-old, Jack Bradley Burns. His short life has been met with challenges that parents pray their children will never face.

In November, Jack was diagnosed with a rare pediatric liver condition called Biliary Atresia. Since then, he has had numerous hospital visits, tests, and procedures. He has to undergone two major surgeries in the last two months. The most recent and extensive has been a full liver transplant.

While Jack is currently in recovery, the road leading up to the transplant has not been easy, and the journey ahead will be challenging.

As you can imagine, the diagnosis of this condition was life-changing. It has placed a considerable amount of emotional and financial burden on the family. Jeremy and Stephanie would never ask for help, which is why we are creating this GoFundMe on their behalf. My brother and sister-in-law are doing everything in their power to save their son. I'm asking for you to take some of the burden off their shoulders while they fight for his life.
