Support Mateo Jose’s Road to Recovery

On December 23, 2025, our lives changed in an instant. My beloved five-year-old son, Mateo Jose, was involved in a serious car accident that left him with significant injuries. Mateo is currently receiving care at Kapiolani Women’s and Children’s Hospital, where he is bravely fighting and beginning the long road to recovery.

Mateo is a bright, talented, loving little boy with a contagious smile, a curious mind, and a spirit that lights up every room. Seeing him endure so much pain and uncertainty at such a young age has been devastating for our family. While we are incredibly grateful for the doctors, nurses, and medical staff caring for him, we know that this journey will be long and challenging.

The road ahead includes ongoing medical treatment, therapies, rehabilitation, and extended time away from work so we can be by Mateo’s side every step of the way. The financial burden associated with his care, travel, and day-to-day living expenses is significant, and we are humbly asking for help.
