Hoof Beats of Hope for Cassi Whitaker

Our heroine, Cassi Whitaker, is a gifted singer, and artist; spectacular friend, daughter, and wife; lover of horses; fur baby mom; video game connoisseur; and beautiful quirky spirit from Beavercreek Ohio.

At only 31 years old, Cassi was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer. Following a double mastectomy and multiple rounds of chemo and radiation, the cancer has spread to multiple bones as well as her liver. After a three year battle, her diagnosis has more recently become terminal. As of today (8/22/23), she has begun her time in hospice care.

Cassi dreamed of one day being able to run her own therapy horse farm for cancer patients. While her horse excursions became virtual after cancer, she has continued to exude strength and grace throughout her journey.

Any money raised will be used to help cover medical bills, home updates to accommodate hospice equipment, family time off for grief, and end of life support. She and her family are forever grateful for your support.
