Honoring the Life of Keith Starr - Your Support is Needed.
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved father, brother, and friend, Keith Starr. His battle with pancreatic cancer was short but has done irreparable damage to his loved ones. He found out in late December of 2024, after a cardiac arrest, that he had Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. If you don't know about pancreatic cancer, it is one of the most aggressive and fast-spreading cancers that one could have. There aren't too many obvious symptoms that indicate one has the cancer either, and typically, people don't find out they have this type of cancer until Stage 4. His battle lasted 3 months exactly. Through various hospital visits, pain, and therapy, Keith still remained positive about the outcome. He unfortunately lost his battle with the horrible disease on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 8:05 am, surrounded by his loved ones.
Keith was a smart man who thought about his family through any circumstance. He has a life insurance policy, but with the policy being a few months short of the contestability period, insurance isn't able to cover funeral and burial costs at this moment. This leaves his family in a bind trying to cover these expenses for him. Keith was a man who gave so much of himself to others—through love, kindness, and generosity. Now, we humbly ask for your support in honoring his life and legacy.
If you feel moved to help, donations can be made through this GoFundMe here. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to laying Keith to rest with the love and respect he so deeply earned.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your kindness, generosity, and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
